Steps for reporting scammers to law enforcement include:

1. Collect information about the scam including contact information, emails, websites, and any other identifying details.


2. Document the losses or damages incurred from the scam.


3. Report to Internet Crime Complain Center (IC3): The FBI operates the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) to receive reports of cybercrime. To make a report there, go to https://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx and fill out the form or call 1-800-ABC-HELP.


4. Report to the FTC: You can file a complaint about the scam with the Federal Trade Commission at https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/.
